Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable quit ranch escape. Awesome country views of cows, horses and 5acre lake with covered dock for catch and release fishing. Our home is on a dirt road so we do recommend having a SUV or TRUCK. Sport type cars not advised unless you drive slow. I Catherine and friend do live on this property as well in my own home. We are close to Texas A&M. Nearby attractions consist of the Texas Renaissance fair in Todd Mission,Santa‘s Wonderland in College Station.

We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. The living space sparkles, with natural light from wall-to-wall glass sliders bouncing off polished concrete floors. Although the cabins are only 10 miles from town, guests feel as if they are in another world; a world of pure Texas Hill Country! A king size bed and large bathroom. The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.
