The decor is fresh and intimate, with warm wood accents. Our property is surrounded by trees, on 10 acres of forested land, where you can enjoy the company of many species of birds and wildlife. The guest house is completely separate and private, from our home, which is 50 feet away, and it was newly built in 2022.

The perfect little getaway situated near 2 lakes with public beaches and boat launches with in a short 3 minute walking distance a short drive to Parry sounds 7 minutes away. there’s Restaurants near by and there’s also a 24 hour convenient store/gas station near by! The locations very nice to relax and explore what the area has to offer.

Welcome Carol's Cottage - a fully renovated 3 bedroom bungalow in Parry Sound. Within walking distance to everything the town has to offer: 0.5KM to the Bobby Orr Community Centre, a 10 minute walk to the Trestle Brewery and 1 km from the harbour. Carol's Cottage has been carefully updated to pay homage to Georgian Bay, its history and how its geography has helped shape this beautiful town.
