Rent our private basement unit as your next home away from home while you explore Providence, Rhode Island, Boston, and MA! We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! The space is a thoughtfully designed and decorated apt with privacy in a quiet area, with all the amenities you may need. Our goal is that you’d always feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful!

The Inn at One Eleven

Hello, and thank you for your interest in the apartment rental. Please, come and enjoy relaxing comfort in our cozy two bedroom apartment. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The apartment has been updated and modernized. It has a formal dining room, living room, and a well equipped eat-in kitchen. This dwelling is registered with the State of RI and the City of East Providence. As such, at no time will the property be used for parties or cause a nuisance for other tenants or neighbors.

Come and relax in our beautiful updated loft filled with modern amenities! 10 minute drive/uber from downtown Providence and airport. A short walk from village shops, restaurants, zoo and the water! Enjoy the brand new hot tub with 50 jets in the cozy enclosed private space. Melt away stress in the giant rain shower, fully equipped kitchen, 75' smart TV and full size washer and dryer. Nice quiet neighborhood with all amenities close by with some great walking trails to get there as well.

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. VISITORS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO STAY.

Just 10 min south of Downtown Providence, this gracious home is a true oasis tucked into a gorgeous city park. With three spacious bedrooms, a large living and dining area, and airy porches mere steps away from the city zoo and walking trails - you'll have room for everyone and lots to do! Guests can access a home gym, hot tub, grill, and fireplace when the nights are chilly. You have a fully stocked kitchen, picnic, and beach equipment access, and dining/coffee within walking distance.

New England College Hub Location

Perfect hub location for families visiting New England colleges and universities. This cozy 3-bedroom, 2nd floor space is approximately 3 miles Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design and Johnson and Wales University, short walk to neighborhood playground and park, bakery/coffe shop, fine restaurant, 5-minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Great central location for trips to beaches in RI, Newport, Southeastern MA and Cape Cod. Nearby Amtrak access to NY and Boston.

My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.
