We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? Built in 1954 by our Grandpa, this custom home features wood floors, built-in bookcases, and windows galore. Mom still talks about her dad losing sleep when building this house, as the original owners requested an Upside-Down Roof. Amazing home for 71 years old! Must see!
