Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. The deck is over 2000 sq. ft. and set up for outdoor living including a hot tub and outdoor kitchen and a dart board for fun. Stay a couple nights or more and enjoy the king bed, mini kitchen and a shower built for 2 with a view to Vancouver Island.
