Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

705 - 1 Bedrooms, 1.0 Baths (Sleeps 4) OCCUPANCY LIMIT 4. Designed with a modern camp spa style the couples cottage has high ceilings, white washed pine walls and plenty of windows providing soft natural light. Beautiful designed, the cottage's great room has lots of space with views of Sebago Lake. The cottage has a full kitchen and additional lofted sleeping space accessed by a latter. The main suite has lake views, have some coffee on your private patio or relax in the modern soaking tub.

Enjoy a fully-stocked Mountain Retreat! Breathtaking sunsets, modern amenities, full kitchen - PLUS popcorn maker, lobster pot, blender, waffle maker, coffee maker, etc! Open floor plan for gatherings that spills out onto the covered patio with grill & fire pit (split wood provided). Beaches and kayak/canoe rentals just minutes away. There is 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath on the 1st floor. The upstairs has a separate living area and kitchen plus 3 bedrooms. 2 separate entrances for both the upstairs and downstairs areas. The 2nd level has a deck directly off the living area. There is a large yard area for plenty of room for gathering outside.

Loads of privacy at this cottage that sits literally at the water's edge. A perfect getaway spot. Listen to the cry of the Loons and watch beautiful sun and moon rises. Screen porch, large stone fireplace, open living/dining area, well equipped kitchen. Lovely view, relax and listen to the brook that borders the property. Nice dock and swim float.

Views of the water from the kitchen and living room. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a Jack and Jill bathroom. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe provided. Fishing poles also provided.

342 - 3 Bedrooms, 2.0 Baths (Sleeps 7) OCCUPANCY LIMIT 7 This centrally located 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home on Frye Island is close to all the wonderful amenities that Frye Island has to offer. 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, ballfields, cafe and general store. Best of all there are 14 wonderful community beaches to enjoy on Sebago. The large sandy beach 6 is the closest to the house and is less than a 3-minute walk away.

701 - 1 Bedrooms, 1.0 Baths (Sleeps 3) OCCUPANCY LIMIT 3. The cabin includes a private bedroom and bath, plus a common room with kitchenette. This one-bedroom cabin has a direct walk out onto the pond side floating boardwalk. A queen bed and a small futon in the common room. This allows for up to 3 guests. Guests will also have access to the natural pond. You can also enjoy Sebago Lake with private access for guests staying at the estate.

This property offers great outside area with a dock, sandy beach, and a nice deck to take in the views. The enclosed porch is another great spot to enjoy the views. 2 separate sitting areas downstairs is a nice plus. Both bathrooms are downstairs. The 4 bedrooms are upstairs. Enjoy the 3 kayaks, 2 for adults and 1 for children.
