Seward Park Studio | With Steam Shower

Originally built in 1956 and fully remodeled in 2015, our studio delivers "retreat vibes". The entire east wall is floor-to-ceiling windows with views that peek through trees and show glimpses of Lake Washington. Sunrises can be enjoyed from bed, or experience total blackout with floor to ceiling vertical blinds. Cozy queen bed featuring an organic mattress with an Avocado topper and linens. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, big walk-in shower with a luxurious steamer. W/D included.

Welcome to my cozy ground-floor apartment in a lovingly restored 1908 building. This thoughtfully updated space blends historic charm with modern comforts, giving you the best of both worlds. Whether you’re here for work or play, you’ll enjoy powerful A/C, a brand-new Nectar bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Nestled in Seattle’s vibrant Georgetown neighborhood, you’ll be just steps from unique cafes, bars, and parks while still enjoying peace, comfort, and easy parking right out front.

Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

Panoramic views on top of charming Beacon Hill offer a hilltop hideaway to stage your Seattle experience. 10 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to the stadiums, and centrally located between several charming burrows offers a launchpad to all Seattle has to offer. New construction and high ceilings offer a unique setting to enjoy a coffee or cocktail on the rooftop deck, games or a meal on the 10 foot walnut dinning table, and movies and sports on the 56 inch TV. Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
