Otter Cottage offers the perfect combination of location and charm. This cozy and light filled space is modern and kitschy. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

There's a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Lovingly renovated in 2021, our cozy get-away is only two blocks from the beach and three from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Broadway. Toast marshmallows on the secluded deck, take a sunset stroll on the Prom, lounge in bed with the latest bestseller, and explore the northern Oregon coast from our family get away.

Enter this charming suite, adorned with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and earthy brick detailing. It offers cozy sitting areas near a warm gas fireplace, perfect for relaxation. The suite features a dining space that also functions as an additional sitting area. Unwind in the comfortable queen-size bed, complete with luxury linens, ideal for enjoying some television. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage on the top floor of our duplex. Our cottage is ocean front and on the quieter south end of the prom in Seaside.
