We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Explore Seaside from our charming cottage, situated at the northern end of the iconic Seaside Promenade. This prime location offers you a tranquil retreat just steps from a quiet stretch of beach. A short stroll down the Promenade leads you to the heart of town, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and enjoy local attractions. Ideal for families and couples alike, the cottage boasts stylish, cozy interiors, comfortable beds with luxurious Brooklinen sheets, and an inviting fireplace.

Unwind and recharge in this nostalgic surfer pad, complete with a king-sized bed and smart TV. The living area is equipped with a gas fireplace and a couch that doubles as a futon for additional sleeping space. The kitchenette has all the essentials for dining, including dishware, silverware, and coffee-making supplies. Outside, enjoy a private yard perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying your morning coffee, or dining alfresco in this spacious area. Pets are welcome to stay in this room.

There's a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Our unit is located in a small cooperative of 15 condos there on the beach. These Condos are well maintained at the quiet end of town for rest and relaxation. There is an onsite Co-Host and lock boxes near the office, where you can pick up the keys. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.
