This house is clean and well kept, in a quiet neighborhood, and would be perfect for long term visits or one night stays. It is newly remodeled with a TV in all the bedrooms and new furnishings. This place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach which is about 20 minutes away, public transport, and main attractions on the peninsula. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Quiet neighborhood close to tourist attractions, great for families! This 2BD/1 bath is equipped with bunk beds and crib, perfect for a couple with kids or baby. It is ideal for a single family, NOT for multiple couples though there is a queen sofa bed in living room. Only 10 minute drive to the coast, downtown Monterey/15 mins from aquarium. Free off-street parking. Guests have access to the entire house and have everything they need inside. The host is nearby and may be in the yard to work.

This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Welcome to our newly built, family friendly, fully stocked home with a new 7 person hot tub . The home is located on a quiet, street in upper Seaside. There is on site parking as well as large two car garage with washer and dryer. While staying at the home you have access to pingpong, games, toys, WIFI, and cable t.v. in every room! Also, if you have little ones a few houses down from the property, there’s a small little park. Truly home away from home!

Our Coastal Cottage #B is nestled in the art community of Sand City's Westend. It's a bustle of industry and art which quiets down to a peaceful still in the evening. The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We have all new furnishings. The mattresses are high quality and new. All linens are new. Immaculate house. Everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen is complete in every way. There is a large deck with patio furniture and new BBQ. There is one security camera located in the front yard.
