We named Moon Bay Cottage for our favorite time to visit, when the moon is full, and the moonlight shimmers on the waters of Penobscot Bay. Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

This water front historic Stephenson Farmhouse is a cozy 3 bedroom farmhouse that sits on 5 acres with frontage on Lower Mason Pond. A bird lovers paradise along with sightings of beaver & river otters. Trail from house leads to waterfront, canoes, paddles & PFD’s and a picnic table. We’ve maintained the antiquity of the house along with many antique pieces of furniture. Enjoy amazing sunsets, expand your birding life list, pick apples and blueberries in season. . . on a nature preserve.

If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer with this as your home base. The views are outstanding and the house is well appointed and well maintained. This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
