It is perfect for singles or couples. We're just 20 min. from Cocoa Beach (Ron Jon Surf Shop), and 45 min. from the Kennedy. Space Center. Orlando theme parks are just over an hour away. For eco-tourists, Camp Holly Airboat Rides and Viera Wetlands are both highly recommended and 20-25 min. away.

A king and queen bed with memory foam mattress ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. In the morning, stroll to our private dock and catch a brilliant sunrise as dolphins trek by in search of their morning meal. Half duplex, and fully equipped with kitchen and cooking basics. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.

Our little neighborhood is a hidden gem full of ancient oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss and Southern charm. Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.
