Our cozy, oceanfront gem has amazing views and is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with yourself, loved ones, and friends. When whales are migrating, you can spot them from our comfy couch. We are on the bluff with an oceanfront hot tub, within walking distance to Gualala restaurants, groceries & shops. Please respect our dream home, our neighbors, & bring only good vibes here. The house is surrounded by redwoods & has 2 large decks, 1 w/ propane firepit w/ ample seating, the other w/ hot tub. Living room has picture windows w/ forest views & Morso wood-burning stove. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the hiking trails, pools, and outdoor amenities. House comfortably sleeps 4, plus fiber-optic internet

The Beach Chalet

Ocean-view property close to Walk-On Beach, 3 miles south of Gualala. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a loft with a queen size bed. Hot tub with a view of the ocean. The property is part of The Sea Ranch Association, which includes three recreation centers with pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, pickleball courts, saunas and numerous biking and walking trails along pristine coastline and beaches. The house is very close to the Mendocino county line and the town of Gualala with great restaurants.

Historic Baker House available for the first time

As seen in Dwell, Turnbull's Baker House is a Sea Ranch classic Binker Barn resting on 2 acres of redwoods. While it was built in 1968, it's been updated to make sure you have everything you need for a private and relaxing stay: the separate office has monitors and 300+ Mbps internet, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the garage has a level 2 EV charger and a Peloton. Enjoy the outdoors year-round from the hot tub or the Galanter & Jones heated furniture that overlooks the forest and ocean.

The Bluffs at Sea Ranch - Expansive Ocean Views

At The Bluffs unobstructed ocean views and private gardens await! Location, Style and Value - The north end is arguably the best Location on the ranch for visitors! It's closest to the town of Gualala with it's shops, markets and eating/drinking establishments. This Property can be booked online up to 6 months in advance and the calendar is always up to date! Limited to 4 guests, no pets will be considered. An adult over 21 must be present at all times. Not recommended for small children.

Sea Ranch Serenity

Large designer remodelled home -- oceanside with broad ocean views. High-end upgrades, beautifully furnished and decorated for discerning guests. Upstairs living, separate dining, kitchen -- all with broad ocean views; plus nook and 1/2 bath. Lower level: entry, beautiful TV room/game room, office plus two separate wings, each with 2 bedrooms. Wing 1: large luxurious master with king bed and designer bath, & second bedroom with ensuite bath. Wing 2: two bedrooms and another full bath.

Balina: ocean views, hot tub, pets OK, remodeled

Balina is a home on the meadow with ocean views. It is a beautiful location for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. You can sometimes see whales from the deck during whale watching season, which is why the house was named "Balina," Turkish for "whale," by a previous owner. The bluffs are a 5 minute walk from the house with close access to multiple beaches. We currently stay at Balina every other month ourselves, and we care about the condition of the house very much.
