We're a seven minute drive to Gualala Point Beach, where one can park and enjoy a scenic, short 15 minute or 30 minute walk to the beach. "Gualala" means "Where The River Meets The Ocean." We are minutes away from the Gualala River - kayaking, The Gualala Arts Center, The Sea Ranch Golf Links, the Gualala Township shops, galleries, restaurants, and services.

As seen in Dwell, Turnbull's Baker House is a Sea Ranch classic Binker Barn resting on 2 acres of redwoods. While it was built in 1968, it's been updated to make sure you have everything you need for a private and relaxing stay: the separate office has monitors and 300+ Mbps internet, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the garage has a level 2 EV charger and a Peloton. Enjoy the outdoors year-round from the hot tub or the Galanter & Jones heated furniture that overlooks the forest and ocean.

It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. Step out of the crazy, busy world onto a forty acre permaculture farm. Relax in Two small cabins with cozy cotton sheets, down comforter queen bed, heater with a wood burning shepherds stove. Off grid Power and high speed internet. Next to the cabin a separate building with kitchen and shower. BBQ and fire pit . Bring your own wood for the fire pit. Outdoor bathroom. Small frig . I allow dogs in this space, their own bedding required. Trails to creek, stars in a dark sky.
