Pet Friendly Relax in this one bedroom, one bath condo. Sleeps 4 or 5. King bed, pull out sofa bed & twin XL rollaway. Less than a 2 min walk from stairs to sand. Breathtaking views of the ocean on the spacious front porch with spectacular views of the marsh from the back porch. It also has a beautiful Community Pool right on the marsh. The condo is positioned just steps from one of our favorite spots, the Carolina Beach Pier, full-service bar and grill as well as several public beach accesses!

Relax at our ocean front condo close to the best of Carolina Beach but far enough from the hustle to enjoy the quiet and amazing views! Walk south to enjoy shopping, restaurants, music and entertainment at our family friendly boardwalk. Or walk north to fish and grab a drink at the pier. Bring your bikes, golf cart, as well as beach and pool toys and store them in the unit’s garage. Pull out sofa bed in lvng room allows you to accommodate up to 4 guests. Come make memories at our beautiful CB.

This house can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. A short drive to the NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher, the ferry, and downtown Wilmington. The garage is unavailable.

North End CB Apartment

* Beach renourishment project happening until April 2026 * The Surf Loft. Kick back and relax in this one bedroom oasis nestled on the north end of Carolina Beach. 2nd Floor. Only 100 Ft from the beach and the access to 4x4 Freeman Park is just next door. Gorgeous views on the front or back porch. The Bedroom has a king size bed and there is a queen air mattress available for additional guests. Community pool, BBQ grill, and picnic area. Only 1.8 mi to Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Pets allowed.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

There is a canal front community pool, dock access for fishing or kayak launching (not usable for any motorized watercraft), and an outdoor grill area with outdoor seating.
