Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

Entire Suite-Short drive to Lambeau, Zoo, Downtown

Private side entrance at ground level featuring large windows with natural light, private bathroom with toiletries, laundry room with washer/dryer, private family room with couch, TV with Hulu, wireless, microwave, coffee maker, bottled water, and a mini fridge. You have the entire floor to yourself, as we live upstairs. House is located in a quiet country subdivision. Deer, birds and other wildlife are daily visitors. Easy drive to Lambeau Field, the airport, and downtown Green Bay!

Main level of home includes a large open living and dining area with large kitchen, half bath and sitting room with sleeper sofa and coffee bar. The second floor of home has a huge main bedroom with a direct outside upper deck access and a second bedroom and full bath. Garage is not for occupants use. Parking in driveway is allowed. This home is 2.8 miles (8 min drive) to Lambeau Field.
