Unsere gemütliche 1,5-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung in Wildau, direkt an der Stadtgrenze zu Berlin, bietet den perfekten Rückzugsort für Erholungssuchende und Stadtentdecker gleichermaßen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist modern sowie komfortabel eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche, in der Sie problemlos Ihre Lieblingsgerichte zubereiten können. Das Badezimmer lädt mit einer Badewanne zum Entspannen ein. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Die Attraktivität von Eichwalde zeichnet sich durch die Nähe zur Hauptstadt Berlin, dem nahe gelegene Wald und der Wassernähe sowie dem vielseitigen gastronomischen Angebot aus. Vom nahe gelegenen Bahnhof "Eichwalde" ist man mit der S 46 und der S 8 schnell im Zentrum der Hauptstadt oder aber auch am Flughafen BER.

Das freistehende Ferienhaus (ca. 70 qm) mit 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad einer großen Terasse und eigenem Garten befindet sich in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage in Schulzendorf und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Berlin und Brandenburg (z.B. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.
