The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consist 1 big bedroom, 1 Sofa bed (double), bathroom, big fully equiped kitchen, aircondition and a balcony. The location is very convenient because you can go within 10 minutes on the best beaches (lagonissi, trani ammouda,Vourvourou etc) The village center is in a close distance by foot, where you will find, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, traditional cafes, Medical Center, police station, pharmacies, Post Office etc.

The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Πρόκειται για έναν πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο χώρο ο οποίος στο παρελθόν έχει υπάρξει ιστορικό κτήριο που λειτουργούσε ως Χαλκιδιο (παλιό σιδεράδικο). Πρόκειται για μονοκατοικία η οποία διαθέτει ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ενα υπνοδωμάτιο και ενα μπάνιο,καθως και 2 κλιματιστικά σε κάθε χώρο του σπιτιού. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Chrysanthemum is a one-storey, independent house, under the tennis court n the compound NIKOMARIA. It is on a height of 60 m and the view to the sea is spectacular. Nikomaria is away from mass tourism, and it is surrounded by a green garden full of trees and flowers. It is ideal for quiet and relaxing vacation in a natural environment.

Holiday apartments in Agios Nikolaos, Sithonia, Halkidiki, Greece. Right on Schinia beach, completely private. We have 4 basic but spacious bungalows in a row, next to our main building. Very quiet and a great central spot to explore Sithonia. One hour from Thessaloníki airport.

To σπίτι βρίσκεται στον Άγιο Νικόλαο Χαλκιδικής. Είναι κατάλληλο για την φιλοξενία τεσσάρων (4) ατόμων. Διαθέτει σαλοκουζίνα, υπνοδωμάτιο, λουτρό και σοφίτα. Υπάρχει άνετος αύλειος χώρος καθώς επίσης και δωρεάν στάθμευση έως δύο αυτοκινήτων πίσω από την κατοικία.
