The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

7 on May is a self contained guest suite. The accomodation has easy parking and a private entrance. It is situated on a quiet street with a queen bedroom, well appointed bathroom, large open-plan living space and a private courtyard. A wood fire for colder evenings and air-con for hot days. Walk to the river and forest. This is private and inspiring accomodation 10 mins from Bellingen, a perfect retreat. Organic muesli and fruit provided for breakfast.
