Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. You will have the sole use of the house, pool and large enclosed garden. The accommodation is over two floors. First floor is made up of Lounge, fully equipped Kitchen , 2 bedrooms, Family bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Also an ensuite shower room with toilet and basin. The kitchen leads to an outside terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor you will find a second kitchen, the 3rd bedroom, separate WC and utility area.

L’Ancienne Gendarmerie is a beautiful restored police station in the heart of Pressac village. On the square opposite the church, with countryside views across the pretty river Clain and its medieval bridge, the house combines a sense of history with modern convenience and plenty of space. Ideal for families or groups of friends with a games room and a pool, there is plenty to do, and it is also a great base to explore the Vienne and Charente. Please note there is a minimum 3 night stay.

Elle est composée de trois chambres, dont deux avec lits doubles et une avec deux lits simples. La pièce de vie, lumineuse, est composée d’un salon-salle à manger et cuisine d’environ 40 mètres carrés. Elle est reliée à la fibre. Une grande pergola bioclimatique, un jardin clos ainsi qu’un garage dispo. Tout pour le plaisir et la sécurité.

This house used to be a barn and has been extended and fully renovated in the last 10 years. It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a huge open plan space. It is set in a quiet rural setting, surrounded by fields. The house is perfect if you enjoy cooking, having drinks and dinner with your friends/family inside or on the terrasse by the pool.

Domaine avec 5 gîtes, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 22 personnes. 4 gîtes avec lit double et lit superposé, cuisine équipée, SDB et WC. 1 gite accès PMR avec 2 chambres avec SDB et lit double ainsi qu’un canapé convertible. La réservation donne accès à la piscine ainsi qu’à la grande terrasse. Le Spa est en sus et à réserver en amont.

Sur la place du village

Sur la place de Civray qui offre deux marchés par semaine, un cinéma, une piscine municipale et tant d’autres choses, ce petit appartement est situé au deuxième étage d’un immeuble. À proximité, la vallée des singes, le cormenier, le futuroscope. Pour une nuit, une semaine ou plus nous vous accueillerons avec plaisir.
