Garden Annex

Recently modernised to a high standard, an entire building in a wonderful position for exploring the great local forest, villages, pre-historic monuments and canal walks. We are in an AONB on the edge of the Savernake Forest home to hundreds of veteran oaks and dozens of named trees along its many miles of special walks. The Kennet and Avon Canal offers great opportunity for walking and is part of the National Cycle Network. The market towns of Marlborough and Hungerford are 10 minutes away.

Lakeside Annexe in hamlet next to the K&A canal

The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

The Avon - Cosy Apartment in the Heart of Ramsbury

Ramsbury is a picturesque Wiltshire village in the beautiful North Wessex Downs. The Avon is a self-contained ground-floor chalet within the grounds of the former Crown and Anchor. It has free parking, a private entrance, private patio and access to the garden. One well-behaved dog is welcome; we simply ask that pets stay off the furniture and bed. A short walk takes you to The Bell pub and restaurant, the Post Office, scenic riverside walks and the renowned Ramsbury Brewery & Distillery.

Old Chapel Wootton Rivers

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

Nestled beside a manor house and surrounded by five acres of gardens, this sumptuous and comfortable open-plan barn offers a relaxing countryside retreat. Ideally located near the charming market towns of Hungerford and Marlborough, it provides the perfect base for exploring the local area. The barn is ideal for a couple or a single guest seeking a quiet and comfortable stay. In the morning, guests can enjoy a simple breakfast selection of cereals, bread, butter, jam and marmalade.

The Little Forge

Enjoy a relaxing break in the heart of the beautiful Pewsey Vale. The Little Forge is set on a quiet lane at the edge of the friendly village of Pewsey, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

The property is totally private and provides stylish self contained studio accommodation away from the main house. It comprises a well equipped kitchen area, a luxurious en-suite shower room and a south facing private patio garden which offers lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Situated just two miles from the beautiful market town of Marlborough and near the ancient sites of Avebury and Silbury Hill, it offers the ideal country retreat to relax and unwind.

Holiday cottage With hot tub

The Annexe is a self contained detached property opposite our cottage in the village of liddington. There is a comfortable living area with 42” sky tv, spacious kitchen with dining table and all appliances, downstairs bathroom with Bath & Shower over, new timber staircase leading to double bedroom with free view tv and walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom has two velux windows overlooking the beautiful countryside. Outside is a private courtyard/garden area with hot tub

The Stores

Centrally located in the popular Wiltshire village of Burbage, The Stores is a 19th Century former shop and grain store, once part of a farm centred on the nearby thatched cottage. Beautifully revamped and self-contained, it’s perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay to explore everything the region has to offer. The Stores has one bedroom with a king size bed. A further folding bed is available on request. Off-road parking is available at the property.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Brail Barn, Great Bedwyn

Our cosy Barn is furnished to a high standard and is situated close to the main house in nine acres of grounds and within walking distance to two idyllic villages which have excellent dog friendly pubs. It is ideally positioned if you are seeking a relaxing break with many stunning walks and bike rides. (Bikes not included!). There is an EV charger located at the Barn. Please note there will be a additional charge if used.

Enjoy this stylish, contemporary bungalow, just a few minutes walk from Marlborough High Street with its lovely shops, Waitrose, independent cinema and great choice of pubs and restaurants. Pretty garden ideal for al fresco dining and parking for 2 cars on drive. Close to Savernake Forest - great for walking/cycling in this beautiful area. Avebury, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes are all easily accessible by car.
