Located 25km from Riga, 3 minutes walking distance from the closest lake, and lazy 20 minutes’ walk through the pine forest to the sea. Inspired by Scandinavian design, it was fully renovated in 2020. It has two bedrooms (one on the first floor; second on mezzanine), bathroom and a studio type living room combined with kitchen, spacious private green garden with wooden terrace and place for BBQ.

Spacious & modern wooden house is located next to the road A2 (E77) - Riga and Sigulda are 15 min away, Gaujas National Park ~ 30 min drive. All house is very well equipped and is at your service (except one room) as well as barbecue facilities outside, table tennis, berries, mushrooms, garden, fireplace, fun & more :) Usually guests are not bothered by the road, but please be aware of existing transport sounds, so this is a place in the nature with some urban touch.

A beautiful natural vacation home with sauna by the lake. Perfect for eight people. Owners live in the other house nearby (can be seen in pictures). Whole vacation home is at guests disposal. On the property is volley ball, basketball, beach and plenty of green space. There is also a possibility to rent a boat and go around the lake. The lake is located about 90 m from the house in direct line. Private beach is about 150 m form the house across the road.
