Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

House Elea is a unique summer house of 35sq.m with a large private garden of about 1500sq.m. full of olive trees. It combines a modern, elegant design with traditional architecture and offers all amenities needed for a comfortable stay during the summer. It is located at the southern part of Sithonia Chalkidiki, in the village of Kalamitsi, just 120m. from the sea.
