MAGIC PLACE IN BARCELONA WITH POOL at 25 minutes from downtown, by public funicular and underground or 4 km by car. Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. El edificio no dispone de ascensor y el apartamento se encuentra en el segundo piso. Este apartamento tiene capacidad para 4 adultos. La tasa turística a partir del 1/4/2026 es 9,50 EUR / persona mayor de 16 años por cada noche y máximos de 7 noches. Esta tasa NO está incluida en el precio. Le mandaremos una forma de pago online después de registrase. Deberán registrar en línea los datos de cada huésped requeridos por la Policía (les mandaremos el formulario para el registro en la reserva). El apartamento se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila, en una tercera planta en un edificio de 1880 sin ascensor. Zona noche: DORMITORIOS: - Dormitorio principal con cama de 160x200cm con un anexo con zona para trabajar y zona vestidor. (Aire acondicionado mediante split). Ocupa unos 20 m2. - Un segundo dormitorio individual con cama de 90x200cm con armario y una mesa de trabajo. (Aire acondicionado mediante split). Ocupa 10 m2. - BAÑO: Con ducha y secador de pelo. Zona día: SALÓN: Smart TV 55". (Aire acondicionado mediante split). Ocupa 26 m2. COCINA: Lavadora-secadora, microondas, horno, hervidor y una cafetera Nespresso. Con todos los útiles para cocinar y comer. OTROS: ** Dispone calefacción tipo estufa de aceite portátil. ** Provisto de una buena WiFi y su señal llega a todas las habitaciones. Al menos 3 días antes de la llegada, deben enviarnos los formularios de registro cumplimentados para cada huésped, que previamente le enviaremos a la dirección de correo electrónico que nos hallan proporcionado. A continuación, le enviaremos un enlace de pago para la tasa turística (9,50 EUR/persona/noche con la limitación de que solo se aplica con edades superiores a 16 años y a estancias de un máximo de 7 días), como se indica al principio de la descripción del anuncio. Una vez aprobado todo, le proporcionaremos un código para acceder al apartamento de forma independiente unos días antes de su llegada.
