We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. McNeal's Cut Cottage - San Bernard River

Fisherman's dream. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. This property is located on a canal directly across from McNeal's cut on the San Bernard River. Perfect for river or shallow water fishing, kayaking and bird watching. Less than a mile to intracostal canal and public boat ramp. Many native and migratory birds can be seen throughout the year and with the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge hosting their annual Migration Celebration it's perfect for bird watchers of all ages.

The Pier House in Sargent, TX (close to Houston)

If you want to get away to the beach and avoid the crowds, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just a 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).

You will rest for Shore in this cute little Cabana. This house has its own private pathway to the Beach! This would be the Perfect little geataway for 2 or more! There is also a room and bathroom downstairs if you have a couple friend. Sleeps 4 total. 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in living room that could fit 2 extra. Come see the best sunset and sunrise views when you step out of the house. Birdwatching, Shelling, Tan Lines and more!

Come down and relax in Sargent, TX, at our cozy waterfront home. Perfect for families who want a quick getaway to enjoy the beach and fishing. The canal gives you direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway. You can park your boat in the backyard and the beach is just a few short minutes by car and boat!

Canal front fishing camp with boat access straight to ICW; East Matagorda Bay or Gulf of Mexico only minutes away by boat, Sargent beach less than 5 minutes away by car. Consist of access to both a 1 room cabin with bathroom and a travel trailer (trailer does not have hot water but cabin does)!
