Grills are available for guests to use by the pool area. We also have a new fishing pier and boat dock.

No separate bedroom. Limited initial limited supply of products/soaps/towels. Common use W/D across from unit. This is a small studio at 330 sq ft. It has been recently remodeled. Grounds, unit, pool recently renovated due to hurricanes.
