Enjoy a magical vacation overlooking the ocean just 5 minutes from downtown. Stylish and comfortable apartments have all the amenities. On the roof of the house there is a platform where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view of the center of Funchal and the ocean. In the new year from this point the best view of New Year's fireworks! The center and the beach can be reached: on foot 45 minutes, by bus (stop near the house) or taxi 5-8 minutes. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the house.

A "casinha da Beatriz" está localizada em Santana, terra das casas típicas, ex-libris e cartaz turístico da ilha da Madeira. Eram casas compostas por um sotão, onde se guardavam os produtos agrícolas, e piso térreo com a área habitacional. Reconstruímos uma destas "casinhas"típicas, datada de 1950, com todo o conforto dos tempos atuais. Tem vista mar/serra.
