Venitian apartment new and clean!

Our apartment is called CaMigio, the name stands for the home of Michele and Giorgia. My husband and I are very keen to this apartment and hope to offer you a memorable stay. We love to travel and we know how disappointing is when a location is not like you expected.... We trust people and love meeting new people from all over the world. We manage only this apartment and it is more a passion than a work. We both have another job ... The apartment was completely renovated in 2009. The furniture are of 2010. The house has three bedrooms, 2 doubles and one single with pull-out bed. 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with table and 6chairs overlooking a small private courtyard, a sort of terrace on the ground floor. The house is on the ground floor of a building lot of '900 'Venice'. The environment is quiet but not far from shops, bars and restaurants. The entire apartment can be rented for a maximum of 6 people, including children. The quoted price is per apartment for 4 people. In the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a oven. We provide towels and sheets for shower that are always fresh and clean. In the kitchen you will also find salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil and vinegar so you do not have to buy these things and you have them even in a short stay. The water in Venice is good and drinkable. Please contact us for prices and discounts. If your room gets stuck in our calendar you'll get a better price! We usually require a minimum stay of 3 nights but we can also vary depending on the schedule. The house is located in the typical district of Santa Croce. With a short walk you reach the lively Campo Santa Margherita that in recent years becomes a meeting place for all young students and Venetians. The nearest boat stop is San Toma, perfect crossroads to reach Rialto and San Marco. We want to remember that the house is being restored, but it suffers a little Venice 'of moisture, which is why we have installed air conditioning and heating in every room.

Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

This is a smart, three-bedroomed, well-appointed house in a tranquil part of the Dorsoduro. It is a traditional Venetian house that has been completely restored and renovated in a contemporary style. There is an enormous, private terrace that receives sun all day long. The house sleeps up to 5 people. The area is just off the beaten tourist track and is populated by Venetian locals . We are surrounded, however, by historical churches which contain some of the finest works of art in Venice.

Look out onto a canal and a watery cityscape that has barely changed for many centuries. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift!) without A/C, but each room is equipped with fans. The interior features many gloriously baroque touches, from the period furniture and marbled floors to the chandeliers and oriental-style patterned carpets. Please pay attention before to book, read the rules of the house and the extra fees: daily tourist tax, cleaning cost, late checkin (after 8pm).

The apartment is located 2 minutes from Piazzale Roma (bus and water bus terminal), at 5-7 minutes walking distance from the railway station. Venice University area is in the neighborhood.
