Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Charming Montecito Garden Suite

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.

Welcoming Homestay Apartment located in the SB foothills with great views of the mountains, ocean, and islands. Semi private as hosts live on property. Has its own entry/patio. About 15 minutes to beaches/town. Close to the Mission, Botanic Garden and trails. Our aim is to provide you with a memorable stay. Guests have commented on the views and peacefulness. Studio offers one covered parking spot for one car. Home is one mile away from Downtown and Beach. Perfect stay for a couple, not suitable for pets or kids. We are located in the heart of downtown so street noise can be heard during commuting hours

Simple studio space located near East Beach and the Rainbow arch. Great location to walk around or hangout at the beach, if you're looking to go downtown its about a 30 minute walk to lower state street or the pier area along the beach or a quick drive.
