Está totalmente equipado para una mayor comodidad. Tiene vajilla, vasos, utensilios de cocina, (incluyendo una cafetera tipo 'Nespresso', tostador y hervidor de agua eléctrica). Los dos baños cuentan con toallas de baño, de manos, secador de pelo, jabón de manos y champú. También cuenta con plancha y mesa para planchar. Para aquellos clientes que lo necesiten, el apartamento tiene una caja de seguridad. Para aquellos clientes que lo soliciten, disponemos de acceso a una impresora. El apartamento cuenta con acceso gratuito a internet. Dispone de televisión con Android smart-tv para reproducir música, películas o acceder a la programación de cualquier canal de televisión o radio que emita online.
