Situated on an almost 3 acre point on the Diascund Reservoir this is THE perfect spot to get away from it all & still be in the middle of everything! Options abound - fishing from the dock, bird watching, canoeing, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, swinging in the hammocks, napping on the screened in porch, grilling on the patio, reading in the loft, playing games (inside & out), or just chill & feel the vibe.

Come relax in our delightful waterfront home decorated with classic cottage décor. Our house is situated off the Potomac on Hull Creek, which means the water is nice and shallow for little ones to play, and there are plenty of crabs to be caught!

The cottage is located near "downtown" Reedville and provides a clean, comfortable and economical getaway. Come and enjoy water related activities and beautiful sights of Virginia's Northern Neck and the Chesapeake Bay. Tour the Watermen's Museum; cruise across the Chesapeake Bay to Tangier Island; walk, bike or kayak around Reedville, take a fishing charter or launch your boat nearby; enjoy great waterfront seafood restaurants; or just relax with a book.
