This is an exceptional architecturally designed holiday home in the heart of Sandwich town. The front doors open up to a large open-plan living space. Downstairs there is also a high spec kitchen and conservatory dining area as well as a terrace within a pretty walled garden. Also on the ground floor you will find a twin room with ensuite shower. Upstairs are the three double bedrooms. The master has an ensuite and two can be converted into twin rooms on request. There is also a family bathroom.

This fantastic cottage is situated in the quiet residential conservation area of Sandwich and within a few minutes’ walking distance of the town centre with its historical buildings, several delightful cafés, some very good pubs and restaurants. It is also about one minute’s walk from the River Stour where the quayside is dotted with restaurants. Riverside walks here are particularly popular with dogs and their owners – we are half an hour’s walk from the beach.
