This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Luxury cottage in a first class scenic location - with close attention to details. Magnificent views towards the lake "Gróthúsvatn", the ocean, mountains and fields with sheep and vivid birdlife. Accessible to wheelchairs. Accommodation for 8 persons, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. In the loft, there are 2 single beds, partly shielded and a sofabed which sleeps 2. Wellness package includes outdoor jacuzzi, tub with cold water, sauna, bathrobes & Weber gasgrill. Electricity is included.

Stunning one bedroom apartment at the bottom of a house in the historical village of Velbastaður with spectacular uninterrupted sea views. 10 min drive from the capital Tórshavn and a short drive to Kirkjubøur and Sandoy ferry. Regular sightings of porpoises and numerous seabird species and occasional whale sightings (seasonal). Opportunity to use jacuzzi and sauna for additional charge of 200kr upon request. Only 3 minutes walk to bus stop and a great pizzeria/fastfood, and max 5 minutes drive to grocery stores, liquorstore and petrol station.

It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.
