The cozy newly remodeled ground level studio is located just 0.3 mile (5 minute walk) to the beach. Lots of natural light with two bay facing windows; you may just catch a beautiful sunset while relaxing inside the studio or strolling down our quiet street in Sandbridge. While the studio has a private entrance from outside, it is attached to our main house (see details) .

We only do weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rentals from late May to early September. We offer 4 day rentals in off season.Imagine being surrounded by a treed wildlife preserve while laid back at the huge pool with a Tiki bar! This 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath (sleeps 11), three story house has all of the amenities you are searching for at an unbelievable price! There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with 4 twins and 1 bedroom with a full and a twin bunk. Sheets and towels are included!

Trident Cottage

Trident Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home situated on a waterfront lot on Back Bay….the beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the street. We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, beach towels, beach cart, chairs, and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use. 2 pools, playground and pickleball court!
