Security night and day. It is situated at 10 minutes walking from the most beautiful beach, PLAYA LAS BALLENAS.The house is up a little ill above the beach. But you are also at 10 mn driving from the village( the local taxis are what we call "monto concho" that means moto driver you can use everywhere

We are excited to share our peaceful home for your Las Terrenas vacation. There are 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 bathrooms villa located in the middle of nature within a 5 minutes walk to Las Ballenas Beach. The villa is fully equipped with all you need. It features a living room with open full kitchen. The outdoor patio offers plenty of seating and a table for outdoor dining. Our villa is located on a private hill in a small complex with a shared large swimming pool with two other separate villas.

Les bungalows « Felix », tous identiques, sont neufs (construction 2023-2024). Ils sont implantés dans un jardin tropical tout autour de la jolie piscine privative (50m2) qui peut accueillir jusqu’à 8 couples pour des vacances entre amis ! La résidence dispose aussi d’un parking privé avec portail à digicode.

Petite maison sur flanc de colline, belle vue mer, à 8 minutes à pied du centre du village et de toutes commodités. La maison est composée d'un salon cuisine, 1 chambre + une mezzanine, salle de bain, toilettes. Attention, vous devrez, pour accéder à la maison monter par un escalier d'environ une centaine de marches. De ce fait la maison peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde. Mais la vue mer est si belle depuis la terrasse!!!
