The Harwood HouseThe Harwood House is just a block away from a winery, shopping and restaurants near the courthouse square in the heart of San Saba. Built in 1928, the Harwood House welcomes you to be a part of its history and enjoy a quiet cottage close to everything. The home features spacious, comfortable rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an outdoor seating area under shady pecan trees. A large, fenced back yard offers room to play.
Cunningham-Turner HomeThis home was built by my family in 1916 when they moved to Texas from Alabama to claim land granted to them for fighting in the Battle of San Jacinto. Martha Cunningham didn't want to move to Texas unless she could have a home built like her Aunt Idora's plantation home. The home has been restored with much of the original furniture and hard wood floors. It also has a wonderful private pool!
Rockin' G River CampNeed a place to unwind from busy city life? Look no further! This quaint cabin outside of San Saba sits on the Colorado River in a natural setting, and is a great place for fishing, kayaking, campfires & star-gazing. Enjoy daytrips to the surrounding Hill Country attractions. Visit San Saba's famous pecan shops & San Saba River Golf Course, Lampasas dining & sulphur springs pool, or Colorado Bend State Park (fishing, hiking, biking, caverns, Gorman Falls, & the white bass run Jan-April).
