We have a bay and city view from almost every room in the house. Wineries 20 miles away. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.
