It is a separate apartment of an antique house in a valuable historical zone. Most importantly is to enjoy your stay with utmost respect for the neighbors. No parties or loud music are allowed.

This beachy, relaxing, small studio apartment fits two on a queen bed. Centrally located in Ocean Park between Old San Juan/Condado and Isla Verde, it is 10 minutes driving from SJU airport, 5 minutes walking from the beach, and within 3 blocks of more than 20 local restaurants, bars, and shops. A Walgreens is on the corner, and buses pass frequently to go to Old San Juan, Condado, and Isla Verde. It is central for pick-up for tours of El Yunque, the Bio Bay, and more.

Welcome to this cute and cozy second floor apartment. Placed between Condado and Isla Verde, it’s at only steps from the beach, restaurants, pubs and convenience stores. We offer private entrance, full kitchen, A/C on bedroom, WiFi, Disney +, Hulu and Netflix. The airport and Old San Juan are only 15 mins. away from our place and there is access to Uber and public transportation. If you prefer to bring a car there is parking space in the street.

Comfortable and cozy rooms with bathroom, located in a safe and quiet area five minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport in SJ. Close to restaurants, fast foods, banks, pharmacies, casinos and the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.
