The villa is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the coastal road and only a very short stroll to all amenities and a 20 minute walk to the main beach and town of Moraira. The nearest beach named Advocat is just 7 minutes walking distance away. 3 different restaurants are 5-10 min away by walking.
