Restaurants are in town and a winery about 15 minutes away.

Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine Trail, and quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive.

The apartment is walking distance to the historic area of Livingston and multiple cute shops, wine tastings, and restaurants.
