Bathroom is granite, a double sink and slate shower. Includes 55" TV with cable, and WiFi. Hosts live in the house with active family with dogs that bark.

NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing.
