Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι μας. Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο του οικήματος. Είναι ολοκαίνουριο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Εχει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενα μπανιο και μια κουζίνα με καθιστικό. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μαγειρικά σκεύη και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Η βεράντα του έχει υπέροχη θέα το Λεωνίδιο και τον κοκκινόβραχο. Υπάρχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ στις εγκαταστάσεις του σπιτιού. Για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία μη διστάσετε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας.

Διώροφη κατοικία 154τμ δίπλα στη θάλασσα στον οικισμό Σαμπατική Αρκαδίας. Απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο (περίπου δέκα λεπτά οδήγησης). Καλώς ήρθατε στο μικρό μας φωτεινό διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά του Λεωνιδίου. Από το μπαλκόνι απολαμβάνετε τη θέα στον επιβλητικό Κοκκινόβραχο, τη γραφική γειτονιά "Σίος" και τον κήπο μας. Το σπίτι μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δύο ενήλικες. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αγαπούν τη φύση και την ηρεμία, αλλά δε θέλουν να στερούνται τις ανέσεις της πόλης. Θα βρειτε καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια και τράπεζα σε απόσταση μόλις λίγων μέτρων από το σπίτι.

House Chaliki close to the sea

Das Haus Chaliki ist Teil eines Neubaus bestehend aus vier Reihenhäusern. Dieses aus Stein gebaute Eckhaus liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits vom Ort Poulithra und hat keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Der wunderschöne Strand der St. George Bucht ist nur 60 Meter Fussweg entfernt. Alle Häuser haben einen eigenen Eingang und sind in eine Parkanlage mit alten Olivenbäumen eingebettet. Von überall her hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer.
