Our boat is on one side of the dock, and you’re welcome to use the other side for yours. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile away. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.
