It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundle beds underneath

Steps away is huge dock with 10 feet of water at end of dock, with ladder for swimming or parking boats, private boat landing for launching boat, that is concrete out past dock , and have 3 kayaks on property, and may floats for floating at private dock.
