The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

Hello and welcome to Bigfoot’s Cabin! After years + years of keeping this beautiful hideaway to himself, + not allowing anyone to even see the inside, he’s done a 180 and decided to rent it out 😮 When we asked Bigfoot why the change of heart? He replied “With all of the traveling I do + all of the miles I put in, it just makes the upkeep of a permanent residence near impossible, plus it’s time that I stop ignoring the fact the I’ve outgrown the toilet space here. I hope others enjoy my cabin!”

Everything needed to enjoy nature is nearby, including Tuscawaras River access for kayaking or canoeing. Located in a private, 5-acre woods, our camper is set in a sunny opening. Grab your favorite morning beverage and take a stroll to our favorite lookout. A looping trimmed path leads to a bench sitting atop a large glacial rock, overlooking areas frequented by local wildlife.

Rosedale Timber Lodge is the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the hills of Guernsey County, with no neighbors in sight, you can truly kick back and enjoy nature. Completely restored recently, this lodge is beautifull inside and out with timber framing, a custom kitchen, stone fireplace, fishing pond, volleyball court, wiffleball diamond, and game room in the basement. Enjoy a weekend away, short stop over in your travels, or a solo getaway at this centrally located loft in Barnesville. 7 minutes from I70, Barnesville offers the charm of days gone by, but also has the needed amenities. Brick Loft is located downtown in one of the beautiful architectural buildings on Main Street. There is office space on the lower level so Brick Loft is quiet with its own entrance. There is a long flight of stairs to get to Brick Loft.

Valley View Cabin -Salt Fork State Park FIBER WIFI

Valley View Cabin borders Salt Fork State Park on a country gravel park road and is just below Rocky Fork Ranch. Salt Fork lake is a short drive back down the dirt road. Sit and enjoy the birds and deer from the screened in front porch and enjoy no neighbors in view. Clean is our thing! Cabin is best suited for 2 but we can accommodate a small family using a sofa sleeper. New central air for your comfort!

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
