Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​

This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

It features a queen bed in the main bedroom, a pull out couch bed and a set of bunk beds. It has a complete bathroom with flushing toilet and shower. It also has a microwave, toaster, Keurig, and fridge. Heat and AC are also a luxury in this house. On the grounds outside the property we have a great rustic fire pit with plenty of outdoor swings and hammocks.
