Many wineries in the Santa Lucia Highlands and Carmel Valley apellations. 10 minutes to Mountain biking in Fort Ord National Monument, home of Laguna Seca Raceway and the Sea Otter Classic. 40 minute drive to Pinnacles National Monument. 10 minute walk to Steinbeck museum and oldtown Salinas.

Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

A Comfortable Residential House in Quiet Community

This house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, kids and families friendly, nearby parks, playgrounds, markets. It's a residential house, so any event or party is forbidden. The house has security camera outside driving way and front door. If you are planning to host an event or party, this is not a suitable place. The house has central heating, doesn't have A/C for cooling. The house has cooking utensils. We also have Netflix pre-set up on the TV.

Cabana (ca-ba-na);a private retreat next to a pool

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!

Come and stay at this peaceful and centrally-located house. You will enjoy a restful place with a private patio. The house has 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill restroom, a cozy living room with a mini split to heat up or cool down the place, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room to enjoy a home cooked meal or take out. Please read the ENTIRE listing! Private space with 2 bedrooms, newly remodeled full bathroom, and a small kitchenette (NOT a kitchen). Sleeps 4 max. There is no living room or dinning room. Wi-Fi, 24" Smart tv, HD DVD player, and electric blankets. Lots of parking. The other side of the property is a business during the day. No smoking or vaping allowed.
