Large windows and two patios make sure you've got plenty of access to Colorado sunshine and spectacular mountain views. Three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. No pets.

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river.
