It comfortably sleeps 8 in 3 spacious bedrooms - large bedroom with 4 singles en suite upstairs and 2 double bedrooms and bathroom on ground floor. Can be booked with our smaller gite to sleep 13 in total. Awarded 4* rating by Charente Maritime Tourist Board. All bed linen and towels are provided. Welcome basket on arrival and pool towels are available.

Designed as a peaceful retreat for two, this 55 m² Charentais cottage lies within Les Noyers, a former wine estate surrounded by mature gardens. A private terrace, large heated pool and peaceful countryside complete the stay, around 25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches and within easy reach of Royan, Saintes, Rochefort and the Île d’Oléron.

A beautiful stone cottage set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. A 200 year old exterior, with very modern 'Boutique Hotel' style interior with every comfort. Decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
