Our Hip Nautic beach house on Alligator Point is located on a private beach where you can escape the crowds, enjoy a white sand beach, incredible wildlife of dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, deer, and much more. Relax to a simpler life that hasn't given way to high-rises and commercialism. Great local restaurants are 15 minutes from your doorstep. Tallahassee airport is a 50 minute drive. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach house sleeps 10 and has incredible views.

Residential elevator can help you go to and front the carport to the main level. Step outside to your private outdoor oasis, where you can unwind with a sunset cocktail or let the kids play in the sand.

By the Sea

3 night minimum. This spacious, over 2,100 sq/ft condo, sits on the Gulf of Mexico with a 500 foot fishing pier at your doorstep. There are 10 by 20 foot decks overlooking the Gulf on both levels of the condo. Have morning coffee on the deck on the main level and enjoy the stars from the deck just off the master suite at night. Condo is on the end so you can see all the way down the coast. We are just a half hour from the best beach in the US, with a good public beach even closer.

St. James Sanctuary

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

"The Fiddler Crab" is a beachfront cottage on the private and secluded St. Teresa Beach. St. Teresa is three miles of sprawling sugar sand on one of Florida's 41 aquatic preserves. Named "The Forgotten Coast"—this is truly one of the few unspoiled remaining hidden gems of Florida's coast! The beach and the Gulf are just steps out the door from this modern, coastal cottage. The home features 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open concept living space and an outdoor shower.

Spring Creek Getaway

No Pets! Located in Spring Creek FL, a safe fish camp community on the gulf waters. This tiny house is the place to relax. Rocking chairs, fire pit, and sunsets all provided right here. Bring your boat and use the private boat ramp or launch the fishing kayaks provided. The house was decorated by my wife and deep cleaned by the both of us!! Spitaki

Spitaki is Greek for "the little house", and this is our little house on the beach. It is small, but every inch is well designed and styled for it's perfect function. The gorgeous beach that it sits on lends a heavenly setting for indoor/outdoor entertainment. From an artist haven for writing or painting, a sporting and fishing activist, to a full family vacation, there is something for everyone. We love this little house and are happy to share it with you!
